A recipient of the Los Angeles Ovation Award, Bay Area Theater Critics Circle Award, Garland Award, Wilde Award and 3-time Joseph Jefferson Award nominee, Michelle Duffy has enjoyed a highly successful career as a wide-ranging and versatile vocalist, performer and actress spanning from the West to the East coast, South America, Japan and Europe. A professional vocalist since the age of 15, Michele has lived and performed as lead singer for countless r&b, dance and funk bands in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, Nashville, and San Diego including Hot Pursuit, Public I, The Antix, The Bytes, Stellar, The Heroes, and Partyquake. She has sung in Brazil as one of the Ray Conniff Singers and as a backup vocalist for such widely diverse talents as Brenda Lee and soCal rockers The Offspring.
An award-winning actress, Michelle has appeared as a lead in a number of Broadway and Off-Broadway stages and has played sold out shows at 54 Below, M Bar, Michael Feinstein’s Cinegrill, Sounds of the City, an Evening With Michael Feinstein at The Taper, Long Beach CLO and at the Coronet as a member of the jazz/blues Boswell Sisters-inspired trio, Shout Sister. Other TV acting credits include The Good Wife, Blue Bloods, Desperate Housewives and more.
